Step Up Together® Action Collaboratives bring together interdisciplinary teams to strengthen emergency preparedness, build systems and relationships, and create lasting improvements in perinatal care.

Interactive virtual sessions combine group coaching, best practices, and live Q&A. Each session dives into specific tools and strategies to strengthen collaboration and emergency response. By the end of the Action Collaborative, your team will run a Full Transfer Drill that begins in a home or birth center, moves by ambulance, and concludes in the referral hospital.
